Locksmith and Rekey Services

Residential ReKey
This service is to change the keys that operate the locks on your home or rental property. We don't actually "change the locks", but we changing the internal pinning of the lock so that the old keys no longer work and you have a brand new set of keys instead. Texas Property Code requires this to be done between tenants if you are a residential rental property owner.

ReKey Special - $59.99!!

While we generally charge $39.50 for the mobile service call and $8.50 per keyhole to rekey, we also offer the Rekey Special, which includes the mobile locksmith visit - Rekey of up to 6 keyholes (deadbolts and doorknobs only) and providing you with up to 4 key copies.

Commercial Rekey
Same as above, but for your commercial property.

Keyless Deadbolts Installed
Texas Property Code requires all residential rental properties to be equipped with keyless deadbolts on all exterior doors. These are deadbolts that can only be locked and unlocked from inside the home, and are required for tenant security. We can install these for you.

Walk-in Rekey
Bring your locks into our office and we'll rekey them while you wait.

Purchase Hardware
We can sell you everything you need for do-it-yourself lock work. We also sell customer door handles and ornamental hardware.

Master Key Systems
We can create and/or maintain your master key system for your commercial property, apartments or rental homes.

Coded Key Systems
Property Managers and Apartments, instead of randomly keying your units, let us set up a numbered coding system that will provide you better control and security over your keys. There is no charge for setting up our system for you.

Mailbox Locks
We replace and repair mailbox locks.

New Lock Installations
We can add new locks to your existing or new doors.

Patio Door Handles, Charlie Bars and Pin Locks
Repair or replace your patio door handle, add additional security devices such as charlie bars and pin locks to your patio doors.

Window Locks
We install, repair and replace window locks.

Lock Repairs
Repair malfunctioning locks or devices.

Overhead Door Locks
Garage doors, commercial storage, mini-storage overhead doors.

Padlocks
Install, cut off, key to match house.

File Cabinet and Desk Locks
Locks repaired, installed or replaced on desk drawers and file cabinets.

Lock-outs
Locked out? We can get you or your tenant back in.

Smoke Alarms
When we rekey your property, we can also check for properly functioning smoke alarms, and check all window locks as well.
